About This Evening

There's a question most professional events never ask.

Not where do you work, or what do you do. But how did you actually get here? The real version. The one with the detours, the doors that opened unexpectedly, and the people who changed the direction of things.

That's the conversation this dinner is built around.

Over a shared meal with a small group of thoughtful people, you'll have the kind of exchange that's increasingly hard to find. One that goes somewhere. One where you leave feeling clearer about where you've been and more curious about what's next.

No stage. No spotlight. No pitch. Just people, food, and a conversation worth having.

Why This Evening Matters

Most of us are so preoccupied with the day-to-day that we forget to make time for our own reflection, let alone get genuinely curious about someone else's path, or to challenge our own assumptions by listening to where others have been and what they hope to leave behind.

When we do step back and reflect on where we are, where we've been, and what we want next, we connect not only with ourselves but with people who face similar challenges and have lived experience worth hearing. And when that happens, the conversations go deeper and mean more.

A single conversation, the right question at the right moment, someone else's story landing at exactly the time you needed to hear it. These are the things that act as a catalyst, unlocking the conditions for something new to become possible as we explore, excite and expand our horizons.

The connections made around a dinner table like this one are different. They're not transactional. They're human. And they have a way of unlocking opportunities, perspectives, and relationships that a calendar full of regular meetings simply doesn't.

You'll leave with more than a good meal. You'll leave with a clearer head, a few new people in your corner, and quite possibly a conversation that stays with you.

Because we are more than our businesses. And the right room reminds us of that.

What Others Have Said

"

Kerryn has a unique ability to create spaces where meaningful conversations can happen. She brings people together in a way that feels natural and purposeful, encouraging genuine connection, fresh thinking and the sharing of different perspectives. Your host and facilitator

Kerryn Powell has spent more than a decade in rooms with thousands of people — watching what happens when someone finally has the conversation they needed to have.

She creates the conditions where real conversation becomes possible. Where people feel safe enough to be honest, curious enough to go deeper, and open enough to be changed by what they hear.

Guests leave her evenings feeling seen, clearer, and genuinely connected.

Part of an Ongoing Series

This dinner is part of the evolving Catalyst Dinner series. Each evening provides space to reflect on your own journey and to listen and connect with others.

It is not necessary to have attended previous dinners. The series has flowed through themes including "What Is Fulfilment?" and most recently "The Conversations That Change Us".

Right now dinners are open to everyone, members get priority booking and hear about them first. As membership grows, dinners may shift to being members-only, so it's a great time to join if you want to be part of them long-term.

Some conversations stay with us — not because they were loud or dramatic, but because they shifted something.

There Is Another Way In

Catalyst is a curated community built around dinners like this one, and what happens in between them. Members get access to resources, recorded sessions, and the ongoing conversation that these evenings start.

Founding membership is available until 30 July, after which the price increases. Join before this dinner and your ticket is complimentary, our way of welcoming you to the table in the most literal sense.

Membership is invitation-based. Kerryn has a conversation with each prospective member first to ensure fit. To find out more or to register your interest, reply directly to Kerryn and she will be in touch.
