A catalyst creates change quietly, consistently, and with intention.

A note from Kerryn- Your Time Matters
Some of you know my previous business community “Your Time Matters”. While my new Catalyst Community builds on those foundations, it is also so much more.
YTM was something I'm enormously proud of as a community that brought Melbourne professionals together in for more than a decade.
Catalyst is an extension of that but with so much more to offer.
Catalyst will be both in person and online, so we can be national, and maybe even global! It’s not restricted to either gender and not limited by geographic proximity. So you can turn up when you want and how you want.

I've spent years creating connection and belonging for others. And I've come to understand, how much I need it myself. That's not a footnote to this work. It's the reason for it.

We have a conversation — a real one, not a sales call. I want to understand what you're looking for and whether Catalyst is the right fit. And I'd love to show you around the community while we're talking.

Your initial membership runs through to 31 December 2026 — one payment, one decision, and then you get to see what becomes possible. Think of it as trying it for the rest of the year. You'll have plenty of notice before 2027 about your options.

Catalyst runs on a private community platform. You don't need to check in regularly or keep up with a feed.
When something is posted, you receive an email with the details. You can read, respond, or simply note it and move on. There's no pressure to participate in every conversation, and no algorithm rewarding people who show up most often.
The resources are there when you need them. The conversations happen when they're relevant to you. You choose how much or how little you engage, and that changes nothing about your membership.
It's designed to sit alongside your busy day, not add to it.
