Often businesses are so focused on their core reason for being, that they overlook the importance of connecting the staff. By simply creating opportunities for the staff to network, build relationships, explore common interests, connect and engage, a team can be fostered.
Our structured, event will open up conversations encouraging connection and engagement. Even the most timid can find out more about who actually works in the company, with them, side by side, day in day out. Participants will get to know each other, build understanding of what each other does, lubricate the organisation and reduce resistance and frustration.

Problem Solving (full day facilitated workshop)

Often a specific problem cuts across silos in the workplace. Issues such as mismatching of sales orders and production, lack of information sharing, opportunities to increase revenue through cross selling are missed. The silo breaker event focuses on exploring and solving the problems as a way to quickly generate ideas and support for better ways of operating.
This workshop will provide the opportunity for sharing, communicating and feedback for discussion to a way forward.
First Encounter ( 2-2.5 hours)

When a company has offices in various locations and the groups are drawn together for a National conference or similar, there is a tendency for the participants to cluster with those they know at the Welcome event.
Our ice breaker will have the group intermingling and connecting with multiple people on the first encounter, so that on Day one, there is already connection between the teams within the organisation.
